Overview
Immersion is the program for the season of your career when you need to move fast and ship something. Whether you're opening a private practice, building a new clinical specialty (perinatal, addiction, child/adolescent, ketamine-assisted), or transitioning out of a W-2 role, Immersion gives you 12 weeks of structured curriculum, weekly live cohort calls, and a defined deliverable at the end — a launched practice, a new service line, or a documented clinical competency.
