Tisha Romero, PMHNP โ Co-Founder
Board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with broad clinical experience spanning the full continuum of psychiatric care. Tisha has worked in crisis settings, urgent psychiatric care, observation units, and the voluntary and involuntary inpatient petition process. Her outpatient experience includes working in a ketamine-assisted treatment program, giving her a uniquely comprehensive clinical perspective.
Cinthya Knapper, DNP, PMHNP-BC โ Co-Founder
A board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and doctor of nursing practice, Cinthya brings extensive experience in psychiatric clinical management, advanced practice education, and MAT/SUD care across Arizona. She provides individualized doctoral mentorship from program selection through capstone completion and dissemination โ having navigated the DNP process herself while maintaining a full clinical and leadership load. Her work spans community mental health, academic teaching, and systems-level operations.
