Is this right for me if I've been a PMHNP for more than 3 years?

Lumina was built for new and early-career PMHNPs โ€” primarily those in their first 1 to 3 years. Many experienced providers find the treatment algorithms, scenario scripts, and documentation templates immediately useful no matter their years of practice. If you're questioning your clinical confidence in specific areas, this program likely has what you need.
Do I have to attend the live calls?

All live calls are recorded and shared within 24 hours. You get full access to every recording for the lifetime of the program. The live sessions โ€” especially the case studies โ€” are consistently the most valuable part of the intensive. We strongly encourage attendance when possible.
Do I need to be in Arizona?

No. The intensive is delivered virtually and serves PMHNPs nationally. Some content references Arizona-specific laws, including the private practice module, CSPMP compliance, and legal documentation sections. These are clearly labeled, and national alternatives are noted where relevant.
Is there a payment plan?

Yes. The intensive is available on a 3-month installment plan: 3 ร— $999 = $2,997 total. Access begins on the cohort start date. Payment plan is available for the cohort โ€” select at checkout.
What is your refund policy?

We offer a 72-hour refund window from the time of purchase, provided no program content has been accessed. If you log in and view any module, template, or resource, the refund window closes immediately regardless of whether 72 hours have passed. Login and account creation alone do not void the refund. To request a refund, email us within 72 hours of purchase with no content accessed.
Can my employer pay for this?

Many employers โ€” including FQHCs, telehealth companies, and hospital systems โ€” have professional development budgets. We can provide an invoice, program description, and learning objectives on request. Contact us before enrolling and we will prepare the documentation you need.
How much time does this require each week?

Expect 3 to 4 hours per week: 60 to 90 minutes for the pre-recorded module, 60 to 90 minutes for the live coaching call or recording, and optional community engagement. The intensive is designed for working PMHNPs โ€” we know you have a full-time job.
